              Vétkeink miatt kapott sebeket,
bűneink miatt törték össze Őt,
Ő bűnhődött, hogy békességünk lehessen,
sebei árán gyógyultunk mi meg.

Mindnyájan tévelyegtünk,
mind a magunk útját jártuk,
de az Úr Őt sújtotta minden bűnünkért,
halálával életet adott.
