Z rána hned děkuj, duchu můj,
blízký že tobě Otec tvůj!
Nad celým vládne vesmírem,
stánek však chce mít v srdci tvém.

Z rána hned k Tobě mysl svou,
Otče můj, vznáším modlitbou.
Z rána hned ze Tvé plnosti
pospíchám nabrat milosti.

Z rána hned na Tvé vinici
dej mi tu mannu sílící,
celý den bych v Tvé službě stál,
láskou Tvou, Pane, oplýval!
