              Spasiteľ vie, čo nám treba,
duchovne ožiť a rásť!
Sľúbil nám darovať z neba
lásky a milosti dážď.

  Skláňaj sa, Pane,
  žehnaj a obživuj nás,
  v štedrosti rozostri dlane,
  zošli nám bohatý dážď!

Každý z nás vrúcne Ťa prosí.
Smädom je strápený kraj.
Vďačíme za kvapky rosy,
žiadame, hojnosť nám daj!

Nebo už ku nám sa níži,
nádejou napĺňa zem,
šumenie dažďa sa blíži,
plní sa túžobný sen.

Pôda, čo dosiaľ je suchá,
neplodný, vyschnutý lán,
ožije pod mocou Ducha,
ktorého dávaš i nám.
