              Zviesť nedaj sa hriechu,
hoc zvodný má hlas!
Ten, kto nie je bdelý,
má okovy zas!
Ó, premáhaj vierou
moc temnosti brán,
na Ježiša hľaď len,
vždy pomôže Pán!

  V prosbe Záchrancu volaj,
  diabla úklady zdolá,
  pôjdeš radostne z boja:
  On ti víťazstvo dá!

Zlú spoločnosť opusť,
tiež nedobrú reč!
Nič nemá ťa zvádzať
ísť od Boha preč.
Stráž, obraňuj pravdu,
štít čistý si chráň,
na Ježiša hľaď len,
vždy pomôže Pán!

Raz veniec a slávu
dá verným Boh náš,
ver, bojuj len ďalej,
v Ňom víťazstvo máš!
V Ňom prameň je sily,
z nej udieľa nám,
na Ježiša hľaď len,
vždy pomôže Pán!
