              Čas radosti, veselosti
nastal požehnaný,
veď Boh večný, nekonečný,
narodil sa z panny.
V mestečku Betleme,
v jasličkách na slame
leží malé pacholiatko
na zime,
leží malé pacholiatko
na zime.

Čo sme všetci ľudia hriešni
s túžbou vyzerali,
to anjeli pre svet celý
mocne zvestovali.
A preto plesajme,
spolu sa radujme,
pacholiatko, nemluvniatko
vítajme,
pacholiatko, nemluvniatko
vítajme!

Kvietok milý, ušľachtilý,
z panny narodený,
Bohom daný, milovaný,
poklad veľkej ceny,
Kráľu náš, Pane náš,
skloň sa k nám ako Pán,
daj z milosti do radosti
dôjsť i nám,
daj z milosti do radosti
dôjsť i nám!
