              Štedrý darca, Hospodine,
nekonečný v milosti,
dávaš dary nám potrebné
z lásky štedro v hojnosti,
hoc sme hriešni, nehodní,
odpúšťaš nám deň po dni;
slovom, chlebom, ľud svoj sýtiš, so všetkými spolucítiš.

Štedrý darca, večný Bože,
plný lásky, obetí,
dobrodenia pripravuješ
pre všetky svoje deti.
Poznáš ťarchy ľudských bied,
u Teba rozdielov niet,
dávaš všade, kde to treba,
pokrm duši, telu chleba.

Rozhojňuj nás v zbožnom cite, v láske milosrdenstva,
by cítila duša bolesť
celého človečenstva;
aby láska Kristova
k službe vždycky hotová,
i nás viedla k ochotnosti
a skutkom dobročinnosti.

Uč nás splácať požehnanie,
čo nám dávaš každý deň.
Uč poznať, že to, čo máme,
máme z Tvojej lásky len,
by sme v službe vyspeli,
štedrým darom prispeli
a tak dielom bratskej lásky
utužili duší zväzky.
