Život môj bol slza a bôľ,
ťarchu niesol som sám.

Vládol v duši prekliaty hriech,
nástroj smútku a rán.

On mi káže: odhoď tiaž vín,
krásny pokoj ti dám.

  Radosť mi vrátila Golgota,
  našiel ma lásky Pán.
  Radosť mi vrátila Golgota,
  Golgota, Golgota.
  Radosť mi vrátila Golgota,
  našiel ma Ježiš,
  môj Pán.
