              Čujte slávny neba ples:
„Kristus narodil sa dnes!
Sláva Bohu na nebi,
pokoj ľuďom na zemi!"
Plesaj, ľudstvo, vzdávaj česť
za radostnú spásy zvesť!
Novonarodený Kráľ
teba spasiť zavítal.
Novonarodený Kráľ
teba spasiť zavítal.

V Judsku hviezda plápolá,
mrákota sa stráca zlá.
Celým svetom letí zvesť:
„Kristus narodil sa dnes!"
Spievaj, ľudstvo, piesne chvál,
prišiel na zem nebies Kráľ!
Priniesol nám spasenie,
anjelská tak pieseň znie.
Priniesol nám spasenie,
anjelská tak pieseň znie.

Narodil sa Boží Syn,
aby ľudstvo zbavil vín.
S Bohom zmieriť prišiel nás,
do nebeských uviesť krás.
Plesaj, ľudstvo, v lásky čas,
ožiaril ťa z neba jas!
Prišiel Knieža pokoja,
svet si získať bez boja.
Prišiel Knieža pokoja,
svet si získať bez boja.
