L.: Srdce čisté stvor mi, ó Bože,
Zb.: a obnov vo mne ducha pevného!

Dokonale ma obmy z mojej viny,
očisť ma od môjho hriechu!

Oproti Tebe samému som zhrešil, páchal som,
čo je zlé v Tvojich očiach.

Skry si tvár pred mojimi hriechmi
a zotri všetky moje viny!

Od svojej tváre nezavrhni ma
a svojho Svätého Ducha mi neodnímaj!

Navráť mi radosť z Tvojej pomoci
a duchom poslušnosti podopri ma!

Srdce čisté stvor mi, ó Bože,
a obnov vo mne ducha pevného!
