              Ach, či je srdcu tvojmu
Pán Ježiš, kráľov Kráľ?
Za bolesti, kríž ťažký
čo si Mu, bratu, dal?
On trpel strašné muky,
aj kalich horký pil,
On platil v Getsemane
výkupné tvojich vín.

Ach, čí je srdcu tvojmu
Pán Ježiš, kráľov Kráľ?
On rozpätý na kríži
z rán svojich krvácal.
Tam zlámal putá smrti
a vymazal tvoj hriech,
ty očistený, svätý
do neba vkročiť smieš.

Ach, čím je srdcu tvojmu?
Však vieš už, čo v Ňom máš
a v Jeho stopách denne
k výšinám pospiechaš.
Nech život tvoj i práca
presvedcí celý svet,
že Jemu partiť cele
je slasť, nad ktorú niet.
