              Aj keď sme v mnohom rozdelení,
my, ktorí v Krista veríme,
no môžeme byť zjednotení,
v láske, čo v srdciach nosíme;
veď len tam je cirkev živá,
kde láska je opravdivá.

Nijaké meno učiteľa,
hoc slávne nech nás nedelí.
Na Krista - sveta Spasiteľa -
veriaci vždycky hľadeli;
nás spája láska Kristova,
a tá po jednote volá.

Ježiši, Ty učiteľ milý,
ráč nás svojím Duchom spojiť,
čo hriech a bludy rozdvojili,
v svornosti, bratstve zjednotiť
vo viere, láske, nádeji
a v požehnanom pokoji.

Aj keď v časnosti nevidíme
spoločenstvo svätých v sláve,
tým predsa v cirkvi sa tešíme,
že v Pánovej sme ochrane,
že v nebesiach zhromaždení
budú verní zjednotení.
