              Bientôt Jésus va nous prendre,
Auprès de Lui dans le ciel;
Il nous a dit de L'attendre,
Jusqu'au jour de Son appel.

  Nous avons la victoire!
  Nous vivrons avec Jésus dans le ciel!
  À Toi seul la gloire!
  Oh! Viens bientôt, Emmanuel!

Péchés, travaux et souffrances,
Cesseront et pour toujours.
Devant Sa sainte présence,
Nous chanterons Son amour.

Combattons avec courage,
Attendant ce jour heureux.
Et chantons malgré l'orage:
Nous serons victorieux!

Et si l'ennemi fait rage,
Comptons toujours sur Jésus.
Avec Lui pas de naufrage;
Le port est déjà en vue!
