              Boże usłysz mnie
I zważ na modlitwę mą
Z krańców ziemi wołam do Ciebie
W słabości mej
Wprowadź mnie na skałę tą,
Mnie na skałę tą,
Która przewyższa mnie,
Która przewyższa mnie.

Schronieniem moim Boże jesteś Ty
Twierdzą obronną przeciw wrogom mym
Wprowadź mnie na skałę tą,
Mnie na skałę tą,
Która przewyższa mnie,
Która przewyższa mnie.
