              1.	Brat môj, len veriť neprestaň!
Prv, než sanazdáš, prídePán.
Ako blesk svitne Jeho čas,
zotrie nám slzy bôľu z rias.
Prenesie svojich v nebastan,
brat môj, len veriť neprestaň.
2.	Brat môj, len ľúbiť neprestaň!
Prv, než sa nazdáš, príde Pán.
Kdeže sú hrivny, zaznie hlas,
ako si vykupoval čas? Koľko si láskou zhojil rán?
Brat môj, len ľúbiť neprestaň!
3.	Brat môj, len dúfať neprestaň!
Prv, než sa nazdáš, príde Pán.
Uvidíš sľuby splnené,
pre dieťa svoje blažené,
otvorí slávny neba stan.
Brat môj, len dúfať neprestaň.
