              Chcem byť dnes s Tebou,
v Tvojom náručí,
vidieť Tvoju tvár,
byť celkom slobodný.

Chcem byť dnes s Tebou,
ísť až za oltár,
slabý pokľaknúť,
uvidieť Tvoju tvár.

Dnes Tvoj ľud Ti vzdáva
česť a slávu,
dnes Tvoj ľud Ti spieva
piesne chvál.

Dnes Tvoj ľud chváli
svojho Kráľa,
zjav nám svoju tvár.
