              1. Chcem spievať svojmu Pánovi
vždy vrúcne piesne chvál,
on sám ma našiel, oslovil
a pokoj svoj mi dal.
Chcem jemu život zasvätiť,
veď dnes už dobre viem,
jak mnoho za mňa zaplatil,
naň nádejať sa smiem.

2. Chcem chváliť Pána Ježiša
a o ňom šíriť zvesť,
len jemu patrí najvyššia moc,
vďaka, chvála, česť.
Krv jeho vzácna, nevinná
je večnej spásy zdroj,
on Pravda, Cesta jediná,
on Záchranca je môj.

3. Chcem Spasiteľa velebiť
a sláviť v každý čas,
tak ako zbory na nebi,
vždy znovu, zas a zas.
Pre všetkých, čo ho milujú,
on útočište má
a tým, čo v ňom sa radujú,
raz veniec slávy dá.
