              Che amico io trovai
Vicin più d'un fratello
Il Suo tocco sento in me
Così intimo e profondo

Gesù, Gesù
Gesù
Per sempre amico

Oh che speranza in me
Fedel più d'una madre
Che scioglie il mio cuor
E tutto dietro lascia

Gesù, Gesù
Gesù
Per sempre amico
