              Drž ruku moju,
len Ty veď ma stále,
s Tebou chcem kráčať,
cieľ svoj neminúť!
Často sa správam
ako dieťa malé,
uč ma a stráž ma,
mojím Pánom buď!

Drž ruku moju,
chcem byť blízko Teba,
aby som vnímal
každé z Tvojich slov!
Na ceste k cieľu
toľko síl mi treba!
Povzbuď ma, sýť ma
mannou nebeskou!

Drž ruku moju,
cesta je tak tmavá!
Tápe a blúdi,
kto ju nepozná.
Svetlo, čo do tmy
svietiť neprestáva,
dostane ten,
kto v Tebe nádej má.

Drž ruku moju
pri nebeskej bráne,
kým duša s Tebou
Jordán prekročí!
Teraz len cítim
Tvoju dlaň, môj Pane,
tam budem hľadieť
Tebe do očí.
