              Duch Pánov svoju svätou milosťou
naplnil srdcia apoštolov,
zavial sťa vietor,
keď spolu sedeli.
Ducha Svätého
túžobne čakali,
túžobne čakali.

Pán učeníkov do sveta poslal,
Slovo zvestovať im prikázal,
aby učili na svete každého,
poznávať Boha
:/: pravdu slova Jeho:/:

Prijmite, riekol, Ducha Svätého,
Učiteľa z nebies verného,
On vás najlepšie sám pravde naučí,
a zjaví skryté,
:/: i budúce veci:/:

Vyznávať keď budete a svedčiť,
nech pravdivé sú vaše reči,
nič sa nebojte, ani neľakajte,
Duch vás naučí,
:/: čo zvestovať máte:/:

Preto aj my dnes všetci radostne
Pána Ježiša o to prosme,
nech nám z lásky svojho Ducha udelí
a naše chladné
srdcia Ním premení;
daj to, Kriste verný!
