              Dünyamıza lütfunla geldin;
Adem'in mirası ağır zincirleri kırdın.
Kaybolmuş kuzuları topladın etrafına;
Engebeli yolun sonunda bana ışık saçan sensin.

  İsa, yaşayan Tanrı'nın Oğlu!
  Cennete giden yegâne yolsun.
  İsa, yaşam amacım sensin;
  Övgü ve yücelik sanadır.

Ebedi sevginle uzatırsın ellerini bana doğru.
Her günahlı savaşımda zaferlidir sağ elin.
Senden dileğim acı veren değil,
Senin uğruna acı çekene dönüştür.
Bende senin ışığın parlasın.

  İsa, yaşayan Tanrı'nın Oğlu!
  Cennete giden yegâne yolsun.
  İsa, yaşam amacım sensin;
  Övgü ve yücelik sanadır.
