Ja iste viem, že Boží Syn
aj mojich niesol ťarchu vín,
a viem, že sľub svoj nezmení,
že s Bohom som už zmierený.

Ja iste viem: krv presvätá
raz na Golgote preliata
i moje srdce obmyla,
mňa očistila, spasila.

Aj tejto krvi mocný hlas,
hľa k Bohu volá, chráni nás:
„Ó, odpusť, Otče, z milosti
ich z večnej smrti vyprosti!"

Ver v svätú obeť Kristovu
a prijmi spásu hotovú.
On po skúškach a súženiach,
nám slávu chystá v nebesiach.
