              Janganlah kumpulkan harta dunia fana.
Ngengat merusak, pencuri membongkarnya.
Harta sorga kumpulkanlah kar'na tak semu:
dimana hartamu disitulah hatimu.

Banyak yang kuatir akan masa depan
dan berlebihan kumpulkan harta benda.
Akhirnya bergantung pada kekayaannya,
tak lagi pada Yesus harapannya tetap.

Yang kumpulkan banyak takkan kelebihan
dan yang sedikit pun takkan kekurangan.
Burung yang dilangit, bunga bakung dilembah
tetap dipelihara Tuhan selamanya.
