              V temne vzplála hviezda nám,
za ňou, za ňou poďme, bratia!
Ona volá: koniec tmám,
tmy sa tratia, tmy sa stratia
tmy bludu a povery,
tmy hriechu a nevery.

Jasná hviezda hlása nám
príchod Krista-Svetla sveta;
všetkým sveta končinám
spása z nebies štedrých zlieta,
milosti prúd bohatý
v betlehemskou Dieťati.

Za hviezdou sa, bratia hor´,
k zdroju milosti a spásy!
Slnko vstáva spoza hôr!
Nový deň sa mocne hlási
Slnko spravodlivosti
a deň spásy z výsosti.

Vítame Ťa srdečne,
Dieťa milé, v Tvojej tvári
radostne a nádherne
láska Božia spásou žiari.
Prijmi našej chvály hlas!
Tu máš dary, tu máš - nás.
