              Jeesuksen luo,
oi, tullos,
synti jos tuskia toi!
Golgatan
sovintohaavat
sielusi
puhdistaa voi.

  Tullos, oi,
  Jeesuksen luokse.
  Hän sua
  armahtaa voi.
  Riehukoot
  maailman myrskyt.
  Rauhan Hän
  sullekin toi.

Miksi, oi, miksi
sä viivyt
poluilla
suruttomain?
Jeesuksen luona
on autuus,
maailma
pettävi vain.

Rientävät
elosi hetket,
kulkevat iäksi pois.
Kohtapa
kuoleman kellot
sullekin kaikua vois.

Jeesuksen armoon
nyt turvaa,
rauhan sun
sielusi saa.
Ulkona myrsky
jos pauhaa,
luonansa on
suojaisaa.
