              Jeesukseni
nähdä kerran
kasvoista
saan kasvoihin.
Kuljen vielä
hetken verran,
sitten pääsen
kotihin.

  Kasvotusten
  kirkkauttaan
  kohta saan
  mä katsella,
  voittajana
  Hänen kanssaan
  ikuisesti taivaassa.

Täällä maassa
ahdistusten
joskus usko
heikkenee.
Maahan kaipaan
lupausten,
jossa Jeesus
hallitsee.
