              1. Když se slunce sklání níž,
duch se v prosbě nese výš
vzhůru k trůnu milosti,
prost všech světa starostí,
ku Pánu lne.

  Ref.: Vznešený a svatý Stvořiteli.
  Nebesa Ti vzdávají chválu, čest
  a hlásají Tvou velkou moc.

2. Shromažď všechny dítky své,
připrav mysl, srdce mé,
otevři je k slyšení,
slovem svým k občerstvení
v den sobotní.

3. Když přikrývá zemi noc,
bdí nad námi Lásky moc.
Bůh nám všechno dobré dal,
proto pějme písně chval,
On mocný je.

4. Stín až noci pomine,
slávy den pak nastane,
nebude tam smrt a žal,
království nám přichystal
náš mocný Bůh.

  Ref.: Vznešený a svatý Stvořiteli.
  Nebesa Ti vzdávají chválu, čest
  a hlásají Tvou velkou moc.
