              1. Keď divy tvojej moci zriem,
môj Tvorca a môj Pane,
diel tvojich taje skúmať smiem,
brať dary z tvojej dlane,
tu naplnený úžasom
sa v bázni pýtam: Čože som,
že na mňa myslíš stále?

2. Reč tvojich činov pre mňa je
div nekonečnej lásky,
svit hviezd, čo noci zjasňuje,
kvet skromnej sedmokrásky.
Ty pokrm dávaš, tíšiš smäd
a usmerňuješ svetov let,
nad všetkým mocne vládneš.

3. Aj búrku, víchor ovládaš
a moru staviaš hrádze,
o všetko tvorstvo starosť máš,
tkáš krásu z kvetov priadze.
Svit luny, tichý vánok z hôr,
zvuk hromu, vtáčích piesní chór,
len tebe chválu vzdáva.

4. Však najväčší je lásky čin,
dar nevýslovnej ceny, že Spasiteľ,
tvoj milý Syn,
sa k hriešnej sklonil zemi.
Za lásku tvoju preveľkú,
čo milosť dáva človeku,
nech vždy ťa každý chváli.
