              Kesime götürülen bir koyun gibi,
Kıskaçta duran bir kuzu gibi, suskundu.
Sonsuz yaşayalım diye çarmıha çıktı,
// Hepimizin günahını Rabbim yüklendi. //

  Yaşamak ümidi oldu yürekte,
  Birden gözlerim kamaştı ışıkta.
  Kurtuluşumdur, gözüken çarmıhta
// Benim de günahlarımı Rabbim yüklendi. //
