              Keď smútok morí, hlodá strach,
myšlienky blúdia v čiernych tmách,
šťastie ušlo jak plachá laň,
Ježiš ti podá dlaň.

Nehľadaj radosť na pár dní,
veď z Neho večná pramení.
Lásku a nádej nájdeš v ňom,
Pán je ti priateľom.

Pán všetky Tvoje hriechy zmyl,
krvou ťa svojou vykúpil.
On radosť všade rozseje,
Ježiš ťa miluje.

  Prosím ťa, nebuď smutný,
  Jemu srdce daj,
  On vráti duši raj,
  šťastie zas príde,
  keď na Jeho pozrieš kríž,
  keď v Neho uveríš.
