                Készítsük el, készítsük el,
  jöjjetek, készítsük az Úr útját!

Áldott a szolga, akit Mestere
munkában talál, ha visszatér.
Hamar itt a nap, és a Fiú újra jön,
lássuk meg az idők jelét!

Álljunk meg bátran a hit próbái közt,
ne sodorjon mindenféle szél!
Szívembe rejtem és őrzöm igédet,
úgy vágylak meglátni én.

Kiáltó hang szól, készítsetek
ösvényt a pusztákon át!
Völgy, emelkedj fel, és hegy, szállj alá,
dicsőségét mindenhol hadd lássák.

És az ég tündöklő és fényes lesz,
csak egy szempillantás alatt történik ez.
Eljön felhőkben és nagy dicsőségben
fehér lovon ülve az Úr Isten.

És az ég tündöklő és fényes lesz,
csak egy szempillantás alatt történik ez.
  Eljön felhőkben és nagy dicsőségben
  fehér lovon ülve az Úristen.
