Len do Tvojich rúk, Spasiteľu milý,
chcem ducha oddať v tej poslednej chvíli:
ach, prijmi ma,
Ty jediná
nádej, keď život ku koncu sa schýli.

Láskavý Pane, Tvoje ruky sväté
na kríži za mňa boli rozopäté,
pre mňa si žil,
mňa vykúpil,
pripravil miesto vo večnom živote.

Len Tvoje ruky, Kriste, ma zachránia,
zodvihnú z prachu do večného rána,
až raz stmie sa,
neopusť ma,
Ty moja pevná nádej zmŕtvychvstania!
