              Svoj pohľad dvíhame k výšinám,
príde na pomoc nám;
príde nám Záchranca z Božích brán,
milosrdný Pán.

Zblúdených nájde a v náručí
túli a tíši strach.
Z kríža nás prúdmi riek vylieči,
vdýchne nádej nám.

  Milosrdní sú blahoslavení,
lebo len tí, len tí milosrdenstvo dosiahnu.

Ak by nám Pán neodpustil hriech,
nik z nás neobstojí.
Blížneho prijmi a kráčaj s ním,
v láske buď podobný!

  Milosrdní sú blahoslavení,
lebo len tí, len tí milosrdenstvo dosiahnu.

Pán naše úpisy splatil sám,
živý Syn z hrobu vstal.
Duch volá: „Ježiš je slávny Pán!"
Pred svetom ho chváľ!

  Milosrdní sú blahoslavení,
lebo len tí, len tí milosrdenstvo dosiahnu.

  Pred Pána prines trápenia
  a pri ňom slobodne dýchaj!
Žiť v úžase ti Vzkriesený dá,
  živý Boh, tvoj Pán.

  Milosrdní sú blahoslavení,
lebo len tí, len tí milosrdenstvo dosiahnu.
