              Biblický text: Efežanom 1:21-23
Tempo: 67

Nad všetku slávu, anjelsky spev
nad všetky hviezdy,svety nepoznané
nad všetky tvorstvá a diela nádherné
mňa v srdci mal si skôr než začal deň

Nadzemské sídla si opustil
nebeské chvály za môj hlas vymenil
jas večnej krásy a vekov poznanie
to všetko zanechal si kvôli mne

  Vzdialený, hriechmi spútaný
v súžení si svoju tvár zjavil
ako kvet vzácny, v prachu našich vín,
zvolil si pád, nad všetko nás povýšil
