              Pecador, Jesús te llama,
¡Cuánto le haces esperar!
¿Por qué ingrato así rechazas
Quien te vino a rescatar?

  Deja entrar al Rey de gloria,
  Abre bien tú corazón;
  Cuéntale tu triste historia,
  En sus labios hay perdón.

¿Para el mundo tus desvelos
Guardas siempre, pecador;
Nada para el Rey del cielo
Quien murió, tu Redentor?

Cristo llama, hoy te llama,
Y no siempre ha de llamar;
Date prisa, que mañana
No habrá, tal vez, lugar.
