              Pod krížom Kristovým
stál som raz, prosil som:
Pane môj, spas ma, spas.
Sklonil sa ku mne,
môj počul hlas, sláva Jemu buď!

  Sláva Jemu buď,
  sláva Jemu buď,
  za vykúpenie a spasenie
  sláva Jemu buď!

Predivné spasenie v Kristu je,
úzkostí, strachu On zbavuje,
nový On život mi daruje,
sláva Jemu buď!

Kristovej krvi prúd presvätý,
každý môj hriech
ním bol obmytý.
Jeho krv spasenie zaistí,
sláva Jemu buď!

K prameňu spasenia poď už dnes,
ponor sa do neho celý hneď,
v srdci ti zazvučí vďačný ples:
sláva Jemu buď!
