Płacz i ból był żywotem mym,
Sam dźwigałem swój krzyż.

  Radość wróciła mi Golgota
  Znalazł mnie Chrystus Pan,
Radość wróciła mi Golgota, Golgota, Golgota
  Radość wróciła mi Golgota
  Znalazł mnie Chrystus Pan.

Panem mym był mój własny grzech.
Wciąż staczam się w dół.

W łasce swej, tak mi rzekł mój Pan:
Złóż pod krzyżem swój grzech.
