              Sain pellon
pienoisen
mä Sulta, Herrani.
Suo, että
vilja taivainen
nyt siinä kasvaisi.

Sua aina palvella
on kutsumukseni.
Suo, että teen
sen innolla,
oi Jeesus, Herrani.

Suo vaivaa kärsien
mun tehdä työtäsi,
niin että kerran
riemuiten
saan tuoda lyhteeni.
