              Slávne nebeské výšiny,
vy radostne plesáte,
a naše zemské nížiny
svetlom lásky žehnáte.
Koho to slávite,
a čo nám vravíte? -
Zvestujte to mocným hlasom,
že večnosť vládne nad časom.

Ježiš, ktorý Boha zjavil,
Syn slávy a milosti,
uprostred nás sa postavil
v kráse Božej hodnosti;
na nebeskom tróne
bez časnosti tône
vládne Kristus, večná spása,
ako slovo Božie hlása.

Už cieľ žitia vidím jasne,
Duch je, čo oživuje,
smrťou život môj nezhasne,
Duch Boží prikazuje:
Nauč sa svoj kríž niesť,
nad časnosť sa povzniesť,
dobre konaj, vo viere stoj,
tak máš v nebi s Kristom diel svoj.

Bože večný, buď Ti vďaka,
že si sa nám poznať dal,
v nebesiach nás život čaká,
čo si v Kristu daroval.
Pane, skloň sa ku nám,
k našim chválam, prosbám;
milosti si živý prameň,
buď Ti večná sláva, amen!
