              Umučenia drahého
Spasiteľa Pána,
váž si času každého
s vďakou , duša verná.
Hľaď na Jeho bolestné rany,
utrpenie, ktorými On vykúpil
ľudské pokolenie.

Otec na svet Ho poslal,
aby hriešnych spasil,
zblúdené ovce hľadal,
k Bohu ich navrátil;
hriešnych ľudí miloval,
život za nich vydal,
ako Pastier najlepší
sám sa obetoval.

Ježiš dielo spasenia
na kríži dokonal,
a v mukách ducha svojho
Otcovi odovzdal.
Aj ja svojho ducha chcem
Tebe, Bohu, oddať,
a vo chvíli poslednej,
Otče, ráč ho prijať.
