              Una estrella de inmortal fulgor
A los magos anunció
El camino hacia el Redentor,
Donde el niño se encontró.
Caminando tras la estrella
Con segura dirección;
Y la buena mensajera
Se detuvo en el mesón.

  Dulce estrella, sé mi guía fiel
  En el mundo de dolor.
  Oh Jesús, mi Salvador serás,
  A ti rindo todo amor.

Una estrella de inmortal fulgor
Fue el astro peculiar,
Que la gloria del niño Jesús
Se propuso anunciar.
En la noche la miraron,
Y sus pies encaminó
Al niñito prometido,
Quien del cielo descendió.
