              Veď nás, ó, Pane, cestou pokoje
je snadno bez Tvé ruky zabloudit,
a cíl je daleký a smutno je.
Ty cestou života nám pomoz jít!

Veď nás, ó, Pane, cestou pravdy své,
vždyť člověk bez Tebe jen klopýtá;
jen v blízkosti Tvé ruky laskavé
je naše pomoc, naše záštita.

Veď nás, ó, Otče, v nebeský svůj byt
po cestě přímé nebo neschůdné:
Ty povedeš, my budem' vítězit
a posléz spočineme v říši Tvé!
