Za ręce bierz mię, Panie, I prowadź sam.
Aż dusza moja stanie, u niebios bram.
Nie zrobię ani kroku bez Ciebie, nie,
stań Ty u mego boku I prowadź mię!

Do serca miłosiernie me serce tul, by
zniosło wszystko wiernie i krzyż, i ból.
Gdy dziecię Twe przybieży do Twoich nóg,
Na słowo Ci uwierzy, boś Ty mój Bóg.

A choćbyśmy Twej mocy nie czuli raz,
Ty wiedziesz i wśród nocy do celu nas.
Za ręce bierz mię, Panie i prowadź sam,
Aż dusza moja stanie u niebios bram.
