              Ó, Pane, Tebe slúžiť
a pre Teba len žiť,
to najkrajší je údel,
v ňom verný chcem Ti byť.
Som nástroj v rukách Tvojich,
riaď každý pohyb môj,
Ty, Majster mocný, slávny,
si šťastia pravý zdroj.

Keď v slabostiach sa trápim,
vlej do mňa svoju moc
a v ťažkom žitia boji
sám príď mi na pomoc!
Keď nepriateľ sa valí
a trhá každú hať,
ja v tieni Tvojho kríža
svoj pokoj budem mať.

Ty sľúbil si, môj Pane,
že verným chystáš česť,
že stále bude zdobiť ich
večnej slávy lesk.
Hľa, na oltár sa kladiem,
Ty, Pane, zapáľ ma,
nech svietim Tvojou láskou,
kde najväčšia je tma!
