Ako dážď mŕtvej púšti Slovo Tvoje
dušu mi obnoví.
Srdca môjho si Pánom, túžbou mojou,
za Tebou chcem ísť.

V Tebe len svoju silu mám,
  len u Teba pokoj nachádzam.
Srdca môjho si Pánom, túžbou mojou,
  za Tebou chcem ísť.

Si môj Priateľ, ja lásku Tvoju cítim,
nádej v Tebe mám.
Mám Ťa rád, veď si život položil,
ja tiež Ti život dám.
