                Inleiding:

By U verbondsbeseëling, Heer,
Bring U gemeente dank en eer;
U neem ons met ons kroos tesaam
Tot kinders aan in Jesus Naam!

Ons dank U vir U Seun se dood:
Hy red ons uit ons diepste nood.
Die doop laat ons die wonder sien:
U red ons wat dit nie verdien

Ontmoet ons, Vader, in die doop'
Versterk ons met geloof en hoop
Laat ons U liefde ondervind -
Aan U verbonde as U kind.

Bewaar ons kroos van kwaad, o Heer,
En laat U Gees hul steeds regeer.
Laat elkeen grootword as U kind
En self U liefde on..der...vind
