              Duchu Svätý, Teba dnes
pokorne vyzývame,
na silu novú z nebies
túžobne čakáme,
a aby sme naplnení
tou mocou z výsosti,
boli novým stvorením
a rástli v zbožnosti.

Veď sme ako suchá zem,
mdlé sú srdcia naše,
obživ nás, kým trvá deň
a privádzaj k spáse,
príď sťa vlaha, ktorá včas
pole rozzelená,
nech tak cirkev rastie zas
Tebou obnovená.

Svojou pravdou nás osvieť,
by sme zatúžili
premáhať hriech a neresť,
tak sa obrátili;
posväť slová i skutky,
otvor viery prameň,
daruj veriacim všetkým
jednu myseľ. Amen.
