Jeśli z Panem na ziemi tu kroczę,
Jego wolę wypełniam co dzień,
Króla mego tam w niebie zobaczę,
gdy nadejdzie pielgrzymki mej kres.

  Gdy nadejdzie pielgrzymki mej kres,
  oczy moje obeschną od łez.
  Radość wieczna udziałem mym będzie,
  gdy nadejdzie pielgrzymki mej kres.

Jeśli świadczyć tu będę wytrwale,
szukać owiec zgubionych wśród mas,
Bóg mi pewno pokaże Swą chwałę,
gdy nadejdzie pielgrzymki mej kres.

  Gdy nadejdzie pielgrzymki mej kres,
  oczy moje obeschną od łez.
  Radość wieczna udziałem mym będzie,
  gdy nadejdzie pielgrzymki mej kres.

Tu rozłąki i wciąż pożegnania,
pełno bólu, nieszczęścia i łez,
lecz zakończą się wszystkie wzdychania,
gdy nadejdzie pielgrzymki mej kres.

  Gdy nadejdzie pielgrzymki mej kres,
  oczy moje obeschną od łez.
  Radość wieczna udziałem mym będzie,
  gdy nadejdzie pielgrzymki mej kres.
