              1. Sobota krásná, jak milý to čas,
přináší pozdravy nebeských krás,
všichni jsme hotovi slyšet spásy zvěst
a v předsíni pozemské vzdávat Bohu čest.

Ref.: Sobota krásná, jak milý to klid,
  vítá ji radostně Ježíšův lid.
Sláva, čest, chvalozpěv budiž vždy vzdán
našemu Králi ze všech světa stran.

2. Sobota krásná. Po námaze dní,
sílu a útěchu získáme v ní.
Sám Otec nebeský ten den připravil,
aby mnoho dobrého v srdce naše vlil.

Ref.: Sobota krásná, jak milý to klid,
  vítá ji radostně Ježíšův lid.
Sláva, čest, chvalozpěv budiž vždy vzdán
našemu Králi ze všech světa stran.

3. Sobota krásná. My toužíme dnes
do Boží blízkosti vírou se vznést.
Svá srdce, Pane, Ti znovu chceme dát,
dobrotu a věrnost Tvou vždy oslavovat.

Ref.: Sobota krásná, jak milý to klid,
  vítá ji radostně Ježíšův lid.
Sláva, čest, chvalozpěv budiž vždy vzdán
našemu Králi ze všech světa stran.

4. Sobota krásná. Ten nebeský klid
pokojem naplní věřící lid.
S Tebou chci, Ježíši, vždy radostně jít,
a v sobotu Tvou věčnou ve tvář Tvoji zřít.

Ref.: Sobota krásná, jak milý to klid,
  vítá ji radostně Ježíšův lid.
Sláva, čest, chvalozpěv budiž vždy vzdán
našemu Králi ze všech světa stran.
