              1. Hospodin nás viedol sám v svojej láskavosti,
preto hľaďme s dôverou aj do budúcnosti.
Poslal pomoc v pravý čas, v každej žitia tiesni,
vždycky nový dôvod dal k vďačnej srdca piesni.

2. Božia ruka prikrátka nikdy nebývala,
v Kristovi nám najväčší poklad darovala.
S ním nám aj dnes podáva Otec hojné dary,
v svojej láske verný je, trpezlivý, stály.

3. Časom sa nám môže zdať, s pomocou, že mešká,
ruka jeho láskavá chráni nás i trestá.
Z bludnej cesty odvracia, vedie k vodám živým,
na zelené pažite Pastier milostivý.

4. Hospodin vždy s nami bol v láske neskonalej,
mocným svojím ramenom povedie nás ďalej.
V sveta tmách nás nenechá bezmocne sa zmietať,
dovedie až do cieľa každé svoje dieťa.
