              Spievam vďačnú pieseň chvály
Kristus za mňa život dal,
prišiel z nebies večnej slávy,
moje hriechy na kríž vzal.

  /:Halleluja:/
  /:Halleluja:/

On ma hľadal zblúdeného,
našiel ovcu stratenú,
z hriechu zlého vyslobodil,
zhojil dušu zranenú.

On ma skryje v svojej dlani
pokiaľ zúri žitia boj,
potom prijme v svoje stany
v pravý, večný domov svoj.
